Alina Almeshkhedani

Originally from Russia, Alina is a physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sharjah. She began her clinical journey as an intern at NMC Royal Hospital, Abu Dhabi, before going on to work as a Physiotherapist at Elegant Hoopoe Poly Clinic in Dubai, building a solid foundation across both hospital and clinic settings.

Committed to continuous learning, she has pursued further training in dry needling, orthopedic manual therapy, and Pilates in rehabilitation, allowing her to take a well-rounded, hands-on approach to patient care. Guided by her belief that recovery happens one step at a time, she is dedicated to helping each patient move closer to their goals, one rep at a time.
